Integrated State Withholding Forms
Fiddletree brings all 38 state withholding forms directly into Vista HR Management’s Onboarding module, with an automated installer that adds the latest forms to your existing environment and pre-fills available fields using information already collected from the new hire.
When the employee is initialized in Vista, form selections flow directly into Vista PR Deductions, eliminating duplicate entry and helping reduce onboarding errors.
As state forms change, Fiddletree maintains the supported forms and provides updated installers that can be applied on your schedule. We’ll also notify you when updates are available and help with the process whenever needed.
E-Verify Integration
Fiddletree integrates Vista HR Management directly with E-Verify, allowing your team to create and manage verification cases without leaving the portal or re-entering employee information.
Once a case is completed, the Employment Authorization details are automatically converted to PDF and attached to the employee’s onboarding profile for easy recordkeeping.
